If you use the on-site “Ask Datavexa” assistant, your message is sent to Anthropic (our AI subprocessor) to generate a reply. Conversations are not stored by us.

6. Data retention

Contact form submissions and diagnostic reports are retained for up to 24 months. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymized. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting privacy@datavexa.com.

Under GDPR and applicable data protection laws, you have the right to:
